From the Papal Coronation rite:
Accipe tiaram
gloria in sæcula sæculorum.
The term rector in the widest ecclesiastical sense means "one who sets straight, guides, directs; a ruler, governor, director, guide, leader".
Orbis - of the World
Supreme Governor, Legislator of the World. He who can judge and define the law and cannot be judged by anyone, except God Himself.
Pius XII, a gift for the 20th century - Benedict XVI
